Michelle Siemens is a dramatic mezzo-soprano based in the New York Metro Area. Praised as “incredibly versatile and exciting” (Schmopera), Ms. Siemens performed standout roles including Der Komponist in Ariadne auf Naxos (Highland Opera Studio), Ines in Il Trovatore (Central City Opera), and a Daughter of Akhnaten in Akhnaten with Los Angeles Opera, where she was a Domingo-Colburn-Stein young artist. She has also appeared with companies such as Opera on the Avalon, Halifax Summer Opera Festival, and the Manhattan School of Music, and is a frequent concert soloist in major works by Verdi, Mozart, and Pergolesi. In addition to her performance career, Ms. Siemens serves as Theatre General Manager at Wagner College, where she is also an adjunct professor of voice and arts administration. Full Bio
